Instead of a birthday party for Little Miss this year, we decided to take a trip to a zoo that's not too far from where we live.
This place was awesome! It's the largest zoo in the country and is devoted to the conservation of the animals and their habitats. Because it's so huge you can either walk, take the bus, or drive around. We chose to walk, even though it was a bit colder than we expected.
Isn't the landscape just beautiful??
The habitats were so huge and there are some animals that are just allowed to roam free, at least it wasn't the lions or anything scary. The whole place is amazing!
As you finished walking around, there was a super neat playscape and obstacle course for the kids to play on.

We had such a great time continuing Little Miss' birthday celebration! It was such a neat zoo and I'm sure that we'll be back!
