Hugs and Kisses

Haley loves to give hugs and kisses now. It is seriously sweet. She started off just giving her stuffed animals hugs and kisses. Now if Zach or I ask her for one, usually she'll offer one up.

Her hugs are the best. Sometimes she'll sneak up behind you while you are sitting on the floor and she'll throw her arms around you and let you know how much she loves you. Other times if you just ask for a hug, she'll put her arms around you and squeeze a little. I melt each time.

And just recently she has learned how to give kisses. Again, it all started with her stuffed animals, but now she enjoys giving them to mommy and daddy. Sometimes her kisses are just normal kisses and other times she just sticks her tongue out as she tries to plant one on you.

Last night as I was putting Haley to sleep, I told her I loved her and she leaned up to me, gave me a kiss, and laid back down. I almost cried it was so sweet. These are the memories that I cherish the most.
