Sweet Haley

It is amazing just how much Haley has changed since she turned two, almost seven months ago. She's looking more and more like a little girl and less and less like a toddler.

I've measured her a few times this year, and she's already grown an inch and a half in four months! No wonder her shirts are getting shorter.

She LOVES to read and will do so anywhere. The Easter bunny brought her the first two books in the If You Give series and she's hooked. Her favorite fairy tale is The Three Little Pigs.

Haley also enjoys taking pictures.

We've been spending some of our afternoons outside on our porch coloring with chalk or painting. Haley really enjoys being creative.

We have had some issues with napping the past few months. She doesn't want to take them, but can't get through the day without one. We've re-arranged our day a little and sometimes, if I drive around a little, she will eventually fall asleep in her car seat.

Haley is a wonderful big sister to Emily and Emily adores her. I think they will be great friends as they get older.

Haley is one of the sweetest little girls. You know when she walks into a room. She will say "HI everyone!" and just start laughing. She loves giving hugs and kisses. She is one of a kind and I am so happy she is mine.
