Sold!

After a year of being on the market, our house in San Antonio is finally sold. It is very bittersweet.

Zach and I first bought the house in 2007 and this is what it looked like.

After a few months.

And finally, our home was built.

It was so much fun watching our home come together. The first night we had the keys, Zach taped up one of the walls to paint and he even left me a little love note.

Like I mentioned before, it is very bittersweet to have the house sold. We are so relieved to not have to worry about it anymore, but at the same time, letting it go is hard. We knew that we wouldn't live there forever, the military makes that kind of hard to do. But we made so many memories there that we will keep forever. This is the home Zach and I first lived in together. It's where we got engaged and then married. It's where we found out we were going to have a family and where we brought Haley home to. We spent lots of holidays and time with family and friends there.

It was a wonderful first home and I hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we did.
