We are officially in the holiday spirit!
The girls were pretty excited to find a Santa hat laying around. It has been worn just about every day since it was discovered.
Emily is completely fascinated with the three little "sansas" that are on the dining room table.
And Haley is pretty sure that every time we leave the house, she has to give Santa a kiss.
Just about every night we have been going out to walk to check out the Christmas lights and see the stars. Emily loves going to our neighbor's house to check out the snowmen lights. She calls them "mo mo" (for Elmo) and thinks they are the greatest thing ever. She will squat down and watch them change colors and is just so happy.
This week Haley and I went to get our toes done in preparation for our Christmas vacation next week. Haley picked out the color, a very sparkly pink, and we got our toes painted the same color. (Just ignore the sandal tan lines on our feet, because even though it is December everywhere else in the world, it's still July here.)
We finally got around to making some Christmas cookies this week and Haley was a big help, as usual. This girl loves to put some sprinkles on cookies!
Needless to say, we are ready for Christmas! The girls don't know it yet, but I've been talking to the North Pole and I'm pretty sure that Santa will be coming to our house early this year. I can't wait to see their little faces on our Christmas morning!
