20 Months

A few short days again, my baby girl turned 20 months old. She is now only 4 months away from being 2!!! Holy cow! It is incredible just how fast the time has gone by. I find it amazing that when I look at her, I see so much more of the little girl that she is becoming and not so much of the 6lb 2oz baby she once was.

Haley is such a fun loving, sweet girl. She has a great sense of humor and is always laughing at things we do or something she does. And boy does she love her daddy. Melts my heart.

Her new favorite hobbies are helping around the house (with laundry and dishes), putting trash in the trash can, and dancing. We are working on manners and she usually does very well saying peas peas (please) and tank you (thank you). She will occasionally even cover her mouth after she (or daddy) burps or coughs. Haley still loves giving hugs and kisses and I will always love receiving them.

Since it has been summer here for a while now, Haley has been taking swimming lessons and is definitely a water girl. She loves being in the pool and has done a great job learning blow bubbles, jump in, and kick her legs. The swimming part is still a ways a way, but at least she is learning some of the basics.

I just can't believe how big my baby girl is getting. And before we know it she's going to be a big sister! But, she will always be my baby girl.
